MERRY CHRISTMAS
It's nearly that time of year once more. A time for giving and
receiving, over indulgence and reflection.
Christmas is a perfect opportunity for catching up with friends
and family, for taking a well-earned break and preparing ourselves
for the New Year. It is traditionally a time of goodwill and celebration
that transcends race, creed and religion in today's society.
This is an ideal time to reflect upon the peaks and troughs of
the past year, to offer words of thanks for the achievements and
efforts of your employees, after all, these people are a valued
asset that are intrinsic to your everyday business and continued
success.
We here at TEAM wish you all a very Merry Christmas and hope that
you have a safe, prosperous and happy New Year!

HOT AUGUST NIGHT!
As we all looked toward the winners of last years 'Hot August Night'
Trivia function, there was trepidation in the air. Could they win
it again?
The turnout this year was fantastic and we appreciate the contribution
and feedback of the attendees. Again the evening consisted of five
rounds of questions and plenty of food and drink to sustain the
Quizzers.
Last years winners could not win again and unfortunately they received
the wooden spoon. Who would have thought! Certainly a surprise to
us all!
Congratulations to our winners, Rhine Ruhr, The Pressure Men. Boy,
did they put the pressure on! Winning by 7 points.
There were some hilarious answers we thought we would share:
In answer to the question "what was the name of Victoria's
Treasurer during Kennett's Premiership?" one team replied "Robbie
Williams"!!
John Linnett was referred to as "John 'The Silver Fox' Linnett"!
Chris Cullen was referred to as "Tall guy with goatee (no hair)"
and Megan Smith was confused with Alan Allebone. She was not impressed!
The Mud Mosque in Djenne, Africa was confused with the well known
"Sacred Fort of Rwanda (where Osama is Hiding)"!!
Thank you to all for your participation. We trust that you enjoyed
the social occasion away from your working environment, the laughs,
the friendly rivalry and the opportunity to showcase your talents.
We are looking forward to again hosting a successful evening next
"Hot August Night".

Chris Bird
After nine years with us and some 20 years in recruitment Chris
Bird has decided to "hang up this shingle". Whether it
be to have long weekends away with his lovely wife, Barbara, or
to spend lazy afternoons doting on his new granddaughter, or to
while away endless hours on the golf course - now that's it!, we
wish him well.
Chris will be retiring at the end of July and we take this opportunity
to thank him for his commitment, loyalty and dedication to his clients,
candidates and colleagues.
John Linnett and Garry Lloyd will continue to service clients and
candidates in the accounting division. Please call John or Garry
