Elli Papadopoulos

Since rising to the challenge of General Manager of Team Executive Consultants, six years ago, Elli has built on her extensive experience as a Senior Consultant with TEAM and on many years of valuable "hands-on" legal and commercial experience. Elli has combined her previous management experience with her expertise from the significant time spent in human resources where functional knowledge and people skills are essential for the smooth internal workings of any business. All this is evident when appreciating the amazing Award for Excellence (Australian Achiever Award) received by TEAM in 2002 whilst under Elli's direction; and the way the client base has continued to grow from strength to strength. Clients recognise the consistency and high standards that apply at TEAM which is in no small part a direct result of Elli's leadership and guidance. John Linnett

With many years experience in consulting in three different recruitment consultancies, and with over 10 years at TEAM, John has recruited Accounting Staff for firms in the Profession from 'Big 4' to Sole Practitioners. Having developed a close working relationship with many firms, he is frequently asked to assist with salary reviews, Staff appraisals and select Staff for the firm's Clients. Having held Senior Financial Accounting roles in commerce, spent his early years in a six Partner Chartered Firm, John has practical experience in both the Commercial sector and the Profession, which enables him to select suitable candidates in both areas. John has a strong desire to develop a Candidate's career rather than just put them into any role that is available. John believes 'a candidate today, could be a client tomorrow'. Alan Allebone

Alan has several years in personnel consulting and 12 years with TEAM within all areas of recruitment both nationally and internationally. Coming from an engineering background stands him in good stead to help meet both client and candidate's needs within the Engineering, IT and Sales/Marketing areas. Paul Cowling

Since graduating in Commerce and complementing his first Degree with further qualifications in Business Studies, Paul has gained a thorough understanding of sales & marketing processes and fully appreciates the impact frontline troops and new/innovative ideas can have on a company's bottom line. His personal experience stretches through the sales and management spectrum in various service industries to a directorship of a financial services multinational. He understands success and works to help people and companies achieve it. If you want Paul on the weekend he'll be at the "G" singing the club song after another Tigers' victory. Chris Cullen

Chris has had previous experience within an international recruitment company, specialising in labour hire & maintenance personnel for high profile multinational clients. Prior to this he has worked extensively within hospitality management, administration and logistics coordination. He brings to TEAM high standards of customer service, honesty, commitment and integrity. Working closely in conjunction with all Consultants here at TEAM, Chris will be more than adequately equipped to handle all of our clients' temporary recruitment requirements. Megan Smith - Administration Manager

With 14 years in the recruitment industry, 11 of those with TEAM, Megan has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of recruitment consulting and administration. She has held positions as Temporary Consultant, Administration Manager, Personal Assistant, Receptionist, Word Processing Operator, Bookkeeper and Accounts Clerk. Megan has completed various RCSA, Administration and Bookkeeping courses. She understands the importance of customer satisfaction and the need for excellent service within our industry. With this experience, Megan is well qualified to deal with all of our administration requirements. Megan enjoys listening to music and spending time with her friends and family!
