Accountant

The Role

This full-time position is ideal for an experienced Accountant to join a manufacturing business. The successful applicant will bring with them several years of accounting experience, enabling them to seamlessly tackle various financial tasks, including payroll and office admin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Oversee Payroll (experience with QuickBooks preferred)
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage day-to-day banking
• Maintain accurate trial balance and financial records
• Provide general financial support to the management team

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting, with strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
• Ability to prepare accurate monthly P&L and other financial reports
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a family-run business environment is a plus
