ACCOUNTS/ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (TEMPORARY)

We are seeking a temporary, part-time Accounts/Administration Officer for a 12-month role in the inner-city suburbs of Melbourne.

16 hours per week, with an opportunity to increase hours in the future.

Potential for a permanent position for the ideal candidate!

  • Collingwood location (on-site), available by car and public transport
  • 12-month assignment
  • Up to $30 per hour + superannuation
  • Ideal for busy moms and individuals with other commitments

Duties:

  • Reconcile accounts and input sales invoices and purchase records using Xero
  • Maintain and update financial spreadsheets
  • Support the process of payroll and related administration
  • Support the Finance Manager with accounts payable and receivable
  • Support the Finance Team and Directors with other accounting duties

About You:

  • Demonstrated proficieny across Xero and Excel essential
  • Ideally, at least 1 Year bookkeeping experience
  • Understand foundational accounting principles
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as liaising with clients and suppliers daily
