About the Role

As an Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance team in managing the firm’s office and trust accounts.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain the office and trust accounts
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders
  • Data entry
  • Process time sheets for billing
  • Accounts pay/rec
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist with controlled money and investment accounts
  • Debtor management
  • Preparing reports including WIP
  • Process Bills

About You

  • You MUST have experience with legal trust and office accounting
  • Advanced technical skills including MS Office Suite and legal practice management systems ie Affinity preferred but will train
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
