Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by role and may include:

  • Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable ledgers.
  • Assisting with financial reporting and compliance.
  • Overseeing payroll processing and ensuring accuracy.
  • Providing administrative support for accounting functions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in a related accounting or payroll role.
  • Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field would be highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
