The Firm
A trusted plumbing firm proudly servicing Melbourne’s leading building companies across the North and West needs an Administrator for five months.
You’ll need to hit the ground running — ideally with experience in order tracking, construction job coordination (including apprentices, staff, and subcontractors), stakeholder communication, MYOB, and accurate, timely data entry.
The Role
- Updating work orders and job files
- Coordinating inspections, appointments, and requests
- Coordinating apprenticeship training
- Entering and tracking purchase orders
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Invoicing
- Payroll and Superannuation
- Long Service Leave
- Managing email correspondence
- Scanning, Photocopying
- Other administrative duties as requested
- Other duties as requested

You
- Have proven administration experience within a Construction/or Trades small business setting.
- Have proven experience using MYOB in a professional setting in Australia.
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) in Australia.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Can work independently.
- Clear, verbal English communication skills.
