Administrative Support – Accounting Firm

  • Upmarket Hawthorn offices 
  • WFH – possible, 
  • Salary up to $30 per hour, (maybe more)
  • Temp to Perm (6 month contract)


  • Part time an option ie 4 days per week
  • Shorter hours 9.30am to 3pm
  • Close to public transport
  • WFH option after three (3) months – tbc

  • Assisting Accountants service their clients.
  • Emailing, scanning, photocopying and filing including electronic filing.
  • Client liaison and appointment setting.
  • Client correspondence.
  • Handling letters from the ATO.
  • Data entry.
  • Updating and maintaining client database.
  • Scanning.


  • You have at least 2 years admin experience in professional services.
  • Accounting firm experience a bonus.
