ASIC Administrator

Permanent full time position for an experienced ASIC Administrator.  Must have at least four years experience in a similar role.

  • Experienced in Corporate Affairs work min four years including setting up companies and trusts, invoicing, client liaison, minutes, changes to directors, share holdings etc.
  • Proficient with CAS 360 or similar.
  • Proficient with MYOB AE desirable.
  • Organised, high level of attention to detail required.
  • Interest in corporate affairs work is a must and an understanding of what is involved.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate previous experience in a similar role in a professional office, ideally an accounting firm.

You need to demonstrate you are thoroughly conversant with ASIC compliance.
