- Salary up to $98K including Super (based on experience)
- Hybrid working arrangements – 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, for the right candidate.
- Full-Time position, however, will consider four days per week.

A legal practice established in 1993, with a global clientele base, specialising in the areas of property, commercial law and dispute resolution.
About the Role
Duties will include;
- Processing of daily trust and office receipts and payments
- Reconciliation of trust account
- Entering anticipated and incurred disbursements
- Global X reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing office and trust receipts
- Processing office and trust payments
- Entering disbursement and creditor invoices
- Monthly balancing of creditor statements
- Reviewing trust dormant balances
- Processing credit card payments
- Trust to office transfers
- Assisting with end of month balancing and reporting
- Assisting with end of financial year balancing and audit
- Assisting with mandatory Trust account audits
About You
- Law firm experience is a MUST.
- Sound knowledge of trust account bookkeeping rules.
- Experienced with Excel, at least at an intermediate level.
- A team player.
- Hard worker and likes to pitch in.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a wide range of software programs.
