Bookkeeper/ Admin

  • Salary  range $65K + super.
  • Annual bonus.
  • On site car park.

THE ROLE:

Half your time is Bookkeeping including:

  • Accounts payable; month end G/L reconciliation; credit card and bank reconciliations; BAS returns; rental income.

The other half is Office Admin including:

  • Document management; ordering office supplies; calendar management; greeting visitors; arranging meetings.

THE PERSON:

  • Flexible, self motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Experienced Bookkeeper with solid admin skills.
  • Has QuickBooks (preferable), Excel & Word skills.
  • Happy to do anything in the small office.
  • Energetic and agile you like variety.
  • Enjoys the finer things in life!
  • Can liaise easily with Directors and clients.
