- Salary range $65K + super.

Half your time is Bookkeeping including:
- Accounts payable; month end G/L reconciliation; credit card and bank reconciliations; BAS returns; rental income.
The other half is Office Admin including:
- Document management; ordering office supplies; calendar management; greeting visitors; arranging meetings.
- Flexible, self motivated and enthusiastic.
- Experienced Bookkeeper with solid admin skills.
- Has QuickBooks (preferable), Excel & Word skills.
- Happy to do anything in the small office.
- Energetic and agile you like variety.
- Enjoys the finer things in life!
- Can liaise easily with Directors and clients.
