THE COMPANY:
- Has been established for over 15 years in the field of manufacturing and installation of renewables worldwide.
- They have a need for an experienced BDM – channel marketing development to join them on a full time permanent basis at their south eastern offices.
- The role can be based remotely with a visit to the Victorian offices once a month to start with.
THE ROLE:
- Responsible for the business development and the sales management of the portable power station product in Australia.
- You need to have Australian channel marketing development experience!
- To utilize the consultative selling approach to support the customers.
- To manage the end to end process for product sales channel and account.
- Market channel development and sales.
- To set portable battery product annual sales targets and complete the sales plan.
- Understanding of B2C (Home appliances, phones etc etc)
- Conduct product training seminars, presentations as required.
- Conduct market intelligence on competitors trends etc etc.
- Attend expo’s as and when required.
- Drive the sales of portable battery products!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of portable battery generators or and lithium battery industrial segments would be a great advantage.
- Ideally a degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Exposure to customers face to face.
- Confident in driving sales.
