THE COMPANY:

The company is a subsidiary of a global company with 12 manufacturing plants in 9 countries!

They offer a world class service to major airports and supermarkets with a focus on airport luggage trollies and  shopping trollies plus many other quality products!.

THE ROLE:

Working within a team you will be involved:

  • All sales documentation
  • Business support.
  • Customer liaison by phone, email or face to face.
  • Raising quotations
  • Work alongside 3 people and logistics providers.
  • Work in a small team environment
  • Look after customer sales orders.
  • Liaise with Sourcing Manager to manage incoming shipments.
  • Provide administration support and customer follow-up for the sales team.
  • Liaise with International factories.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong computer skills covering MS Office, CRM and Excel.
  • Supporting the sales team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A terrific friendly personality and a “can do” attitude.
  • Understanding of the manufacturing industry.
