THE COMPANY:
Has been established for a very long time as an Australian owned manufacturing business.
They operate 5 extensively equipped workshops such as: Vessels, 2 Beam lines, Plate Shop and one other at a different location.
They are now in need of a Chair to join them and manage the monthly operations and to give valuable advice on increasing revenue for the business.
The need is for the Chair to report to the board and give advice on how to manage the business and to keep things in line.
To oversee the board and ensure that they are fully aware of what is going on relating to business succession.
Make sure the long term roll out of CAPEX is in order and give guidance relating to managing the business and the team.
EXPERIENCE:
Must have an understanding of all heavy duty manufacturing processes in particular SS fabrication.
Extensive financial understanding of managing a multi-million dollar business.
Working 12 x 1/2 days per year plus a 2 day session.
