About The Role
We are searching for a reliable Client Services Officer to join a growing team! You will be working alongside a team of Accountants and Financial Advisers to deliver exceptional customer service.
This is an ongoing assignment and suits a Client Services Officer with accounting firm experience.
The Role:
- Working closely with Directors and other accountants you will provide high levels of service to support a high net-worth client base.
- Coordinating client meetings.
- Preparing client correspondence.
- Preparing relevant documentation, collating and distributing to clients.
- Maintaining client information and updating database.
- Onboarding clients.
- ATO correspondence.
- Collating and lodging tax returns.
- Registering and Deregistering companies.
- ASIC responsibilities.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Prior experience in an accounting firm in a similar role.
- Full professional proficiency in the English language.
- Experience providing exceptional service within a client facing environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, and schedule work targets and activities with minimum supervision.
- Data driven, with a strong ability to collect and process client information.
- Safeguard client information for confidentiality, accuracy and reliability.
- Tech Savvy – able to navigate new software and applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, MYOB, AE/AO, FYI and advantage.
Must Have:
- Full working rights.
- Able to work full time hours.
