Practice areas include Business Law and Commercial, Conveyancing, Estate Litigation and Will Disputes, Family and De facto Law, Intellectual Property, Leases, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Probate and Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Wills, Testamentary Trusts and Estate Planning, Social Media.
The Role
Offers variety and an opportunity to be trained to become proficient in the areas of wills, probate, business law, conveyancing, trusts and general litigation.
You will be given autonomy to work on your own files in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will have direct client contact.
Experience in the above areas of law will be a considerable advantage as will experience in other areas.

You
- Are a young recently graduated lawyer holding a current Practising Certificate;
- Experience in business law, wills, conveyancing and general litigation will give you a favorable advantage;
- Min 2 years PAE;
- More experienced lawyers are encouraged to apply;
- Have experience using Affinity and PEXA;
- Have an ability to work well in a team environment but also autonomously;
- Have excellent interpersonal skills;
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Are well-organized with exceptional file management skills.
- Will enjoy working on a variety of matters.
- Exhibit strong problem solving and time management skills.
- Are motivated and career-orientated
- Are professionally presented with initiative and strong communication skills.
