About The Role
- Provide legal advice on workplace relations, employment law and workers’ compensation matters.
- Represent clients in employment litigation and defend OH&S matters and prosecutions.
- Assist with policy drafting, compliance and dispute resolution for employer-side clients.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
About You
- You are an experienced Employment Lawyer, 6 plus years PAE.
- Experienced in Industrial and Workplace Relations including the Fair Work Commission.
- Plain English drafting skills.
- Negotiation and advisory skills.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have a strong client focus.
- You are willing/able to mentor more junior lawyers.
