About The Role
You will be responsible for providing legal advice in relation to a variety of Employment Law matters for example:-
- Unfair dismissal, general protections, underpayments, discrimination and sexual harassment proceedings (including at mediations and hearings)
- Advising on management of employee performance and conduct, workplace investigations and dismissals.
- Advising on management of executive employee performance and conduct, as well as associated corporate governance considerations
- Advising employers on workers’ compensation obligations.
- Advising on contracts and awards.
- Drafting and advising on employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, awards, enterprise agreements and workplace policies.
About You
- You are an experienced Employment Lawyer, 6 plus years PAE.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have a strong client focus.
- You are willing/able to mentor more junior lawyers.
