THE ROLE:
- Manage a team of 3/4 accountants.
- Responsible for $900K to $1M in fees.
- Attend client meetings.
- Advise clients on tax and accounting issues.
- Report and liaise directly with easy going Partner.
- Fully autonomous role.
THE PERSON:
- CA/CPA and capable of leading the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- First point of contact for clients.
- Proactive, you are a ‘get up and go’ type.
- Very good Xero skills.
THE FIRM:
