Office Administrator – Accounting

Provides a full financial service.

Time is money, and clients, like all business people, are time poor.  This firm can assist in many areas without their clients having to run all over town.  But more importantly in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of their clients’ financial affairs they are able to ensure a consistent strategy is adopted across the board leading to a more successful outcome.

Providing their clients with a very high level of personal service has resulted in building strong client relationships.


You have experience as an office administrator in an accounting firm.  You are IT savvy and are proficient with MYOB AO, Xero, MS Office, and CAS 360.

You pay attention to detail, and can communicate with staff and clients.


Reporting directly to the Partners, manage reception, mail and lodgements.  Follow up on work coming in. Liaising with clients and the ATO.  A/c pay/rec, reconciliations, banking.
