THE ROLE:

  • Social media management including website
  • Building, front line and office supplies management
  • Document management
  • Calendar management and scheduling appointments, taking minutes
  • Accounts payable; month end G/L reconciliation; credit card and bank reconciliations; BAS returns (not essential); recording rental income
