THE ROLE

  • To assist in the day to day operations of the business which includes;
  • Financial Accounts
  • Work in Progress
  • A/cs pay/rec
  • Debt Collection
  • HR
  • EA support
  • IT and Office Equipment Management
  • Building Management
  • General administration

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Must have held a similar role within the professional services sector ideally an accounting or law firm for at least four years.
  • Advanced user of MYOB AE including reporting and payroll.
  • Excellent communication with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Corporate presentation with a “can do” attitude.
  • HR management.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and database management.
  • Ability to learn new skills.
