The Company:
Has been established for over 50 years in manufacturing and supplying high quality HVAC-R products and more recently solar powered refrigerated containers.
The Role:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be required to design and implement complex industrial and commercial Refrigeration systems.
- Design of refrigeration, cooling and solar systems in Solidworks.
- Develop bills of materials and provide technical support.
- Close liaison with the Purchasing Manager to source / cost of materials and projects.
- Manage continuous improvement and best practice in engineering.
- Support Business Dev in winning tenders and contracts.
- Design of industrial cooling systems from first principles.
- A thorough understanding of commercial solar solutions.
- As one of the most crucial parts of this position is being able to design P&ID’s diagrams.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Ideally in Mechanical, Refrigeration engineering.
- Designing Industrial cooling and refrigeration systems.
- Experience of commercial solar power solution design.
- Have at least 2 year’s experience in a similar role.
