THE COMPANY:
Has been established for over 50 years in manufacturing and supply of high quality HVAC-R products and solar powered refrigerated containers.
THE ROLE:
As the Service Manager You will be responsible for overseeing the service team and training of both permanent and contractor refrigeration technicians.
Responsible for P&L, grow the business, plan and manage estimates and delivery of small to medium to large projects.
Ensure all technicians are up to date with current standards and codes and receive regular training.
Oversee the installation of projects relating to pipework, panels, solar systems and ducted air condition systems and solar systems.
Responsible for growing the business and all OH&S functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certification for Qualified Refrigeration Technician.
- Ideally Trade certificate 111
- White card
- Victorian drivers license
- Would be nice – Plumber’s license
- 5 – 7 years in a similar role
