THE COMPANY/ROLE:

  • Has been established for over 50 years in the field of manufacturing electric motors and drives.
  • It is located in the south eastern region of Victoria with easy access to the CityLink.
  • The need is for a couple of Sales & Customer service Coordinators, one for NSW and one for VIC to join them on a permanent staff basis.
  • Responsible for managing sales orders, order entry and invoicing.
  • Constant liaison with the warehouse facilities, suppliers and other transport organisations.
  • Help to support the external sales teams with their quotations.
  • Extensive use of computers and use of ERP/CRM systems.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Solid SAP experience.
  • High proficient in MS Office.
  • 2 years in a similar internal sales role.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Not a clock watcher.
  • Understanding of supply chain would be ideal.
