Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements in line with current accounting standards.
- Provide strategic advice, including tax planning, structuring, and business transactions.
- Oversee workflow, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional growth.
- Liaise with clients, the ATO, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and corporate advisory services.
- Prepares documents for client meetings with Partner
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Public Practice accounting.
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Proficiency in Xero, MYOB and Reckon is preferred.
- Managing and overseeing workflow and WIP.
- Strong client engagement skills with a commercial mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
