As a Payroll Officer and Accounts Administration person you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of payroll working closely with senior management. Help transition to a new system.

Responsibilities:
- Perform end to end payroll function for all staff – permanent, part time and contractors.
- 65 permanent staff with 15 contractors.
- Make Superannuation and Work Cover payments.
- Maintain sick leave and annual leave records.
- Knowledge of relevant Food industry or similar Awards essential.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, process payroll transactions, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Attending to general staff enquiries.
- End of year compliance and reporting.
- Payment summaries.
- Knowledge of STP payroll 1 and 2.
- Liaise with ATO and other stakeholders if required.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Payroll officer.
- Experience with STP Payroll 1 and 2.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in numerical data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
