  • Sale and purchase of residential and commercial property
  • ‘Off the plan’ property and retirement village purchase and sale
  • Stratum / Company Share type of property purchase and sale
  • Property development and subdivisions
  • Conveyancing
  • Imposts (duties on purchase/sale, duties concessions and exemptions, land tax, FIRB, withholding tax)
  • Mortgage and Securities
  • Planning and Environmental issues
  • Structuring title and interests (adverse possession, transfers to beneficiaries, powers of attorney)
  • Retail leases and Disclosure statements
  • Commercial leases
  • Tenancy
  • Sales and purchase of business
  • Business permit applications
  • Liquor licensing
  • Franchising

  • Are a dedicated lawyer who practices across a broad range of property and commercial matters.
  • Have excellent commercial acumen and have acted for clients from a diverse background.
  • You have a high level of skills and knowledge and experience in property matters including subdivisions, the buying and selling of multi unit properties, commercial leasing and business law.
  • You have strong communication skills as there will be a high degree of client contact.
