THE ROLE
- Sale and purchase of residential and commercial property
- ‘Off the plan’ property and retirement village purchase and sale
- Stratum / Company Share type of property purchase and sale
- Property development and subdivisions
- Conveyancing
- Imposts (duties on purchase/sale, duties concessions and exemptions, land tax, FIRB, withholding tax)
- Mortgage and Securities
- Planning and Environmental issues
- Structuring title and interests (adverse possession, transfers to beneficiaries, powers of attorney)
- Retail leases and Disclosure statements
- Commercial leases
- Tenancy
- Sales and purchase of business
- Business permit applications
- Liquor licensing
- Franchising
YOU
- You take great pride in building strong relationships with clients in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Are a dedicated lawyer who practices across a broad range of property and commercial matters.
- Have excellent commercial acumen and have acted for clients from a diverse background.
- You have a high level of skills and knowledge and experience in property matters including subdivisions, the buying and selling of multi unit properties, commercial leasing and business law.
- You have strong communication skills as there will be a high degree of client contact.
