THE CLIENT:
- Has been established for over 25 years providing specialised service in central plant chiller applications, commercial air conditioning and building automation.
THE ROLE:
- Reporting to the owner of the company for the daily overseeing of all operations from service contracts to project estimating and project management.
- Involved with P&L reporting, estimating, OH&S as required, site visits and help build the business.
- Promotions, campaigns and sales are part of this role.
- Ideally knowledge of chillers and a range of quality controls plus HVAC-R.
- A good understanding of instrumentation, electrical and rerfrigrant systems advantageous.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Trade or tertiary qualifications ideal.
- Ideally 5 – 10 years Australian experience in a similar role.
- Victorian driver’s licence.
- Knowledge and understanding of BMS controls systems.
- Understanding of Tridium Niagara AX, plus Seimens – J2 Innovations, Easy 10 and Distech Controls
