THE COMPANY:
- Has been established for 9 years very successfully and is now expanding their services.
- They have showrooms in both South Yarra and Geelong and require a consultant for each showroom.
- They work as a family with a great team of forward thinkers all full of fun & energy.
THE ROLE:
- Reporting to the Showroom Manager you will be responsible for greeting and meeting established or potential customers regarding the interior design and architectural requirements needed.
- Share your in depth knowledge and understanding of timber flooring so the customer is aware of what they are buying.
- Produce quotes for the customer and have use of a variety of software packages such as Orbis and HubSpot and CRM systems plus Microsoft.
- Confident in your design work.
- Carry out estimating as required for each enquiry / project.
- Complete the report writing and order completion.
- Have a flair for upselling!
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in using estimating software.
- Have a flair for design.
- Strong in sales and marketing.
- Attention to detail.
- Great communicator.
- Good writing skills.
- Upselling where possible
- Not a clock watcher.
HOURS / DAYS OF WORK:
Tuesday to Friday – 9am – 5pm
Saturday 9am – 4pm
