THE COMPANY:

  • Has been established for 9 years very successfully and is now  expanding their services.
  • They have showrooms in both South Yarra and Geelong and require a consultant for each showroom.
  • They work as a family with a great team of forward thinkers all full of fun &  energy.

THE ROLE:

  • Reporting to the Showroom Manager you will be responsible for greeting and meeting established or potential customers regarding the interior design and architectural requirements needed.
  • Share your in depth knowledge and understanding of timber flooring so the customer is aware of what they are buying.
  • Produce quotes for the customer and have use of a variety of software packages such as Orbis and HubSpot and CRM systems plus Microsoft.
  • Confident in your design work.
  • Carry out  estimating as required for each enquiry / project.
  • Complete  the report writing and order completion.
  • Have a flair for upselling!

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in using estimating software.
  • Have a flair for design.
  • Strong in sales and marketing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Great communicator.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Upselling where possible
  • Not a clock watcher.

HOURS / DAYS OF WORK:

Tuesday to Friday – 9am – 5pm

Saturday 9am – 4pm
