THE COMPANY:
- Has been established for over 28 years supplying high quality HVAC- R equipment Australia wide.
- The requirement is for a HVAC Sales Engineer to join them on a full time permanent basis at their Sydney operations.
THE ROLE:
- Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for identifying new customers and meeting with them face to face to discuss their needs.
- Turn enquiries into orders & sales!
- Lots of cold calling and follow up on warm leads.
- Able to advise on sizing and features and where required carry out basic design.
- Assist with preparation of winning tenders and where required present to the customers.
- Confident in using computer packages plus CRM and possibly estimating software.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Ideally tertiary qualified in mechanical engineering and/or trade qualifications in HVAC and Chilled Water.
- Have 3-5 years experience in a sales capacity.
- Confident when meeting customers and selling.
- Willing to go the extra mile.
- Not a clock watcher.
- Have a great “can do” attitude!
- Current driver’s license.
- FLUENT in speaking, reading and writing English
