Alan Allebone

Senior Consultant – Engineering & Sales

Alan specialises in Engineering and Sales. He has decades of experience in recruitment, and helping to develop the company as it has grown. He also brings his unique engineering background to his role, having spent 14 years in the Royal Navy. This has provided him not only with industry-specific knowledge, but has also helped Alan develop his communication skills and ability to achieve strong results. For Alan, it’s all about selecting the right candidate to help the client make the right decision, empowering all parties. He is passionate about working at TEAM because he can see the results achieved by the acronym…Together Everyone Achieves More. Clients and candidates love working with Alan because he always responds honestly and promptly and is conscious of never wasting anyone’s time. If you ever have any questions about gardening or Chinese classical history, Alan’s your man! He has quite the green thumb and reading collection!

Elli Papadopoulos

General Manager, Senior Consultant – Legal & Administration Division

Elli has over 20 years’ specialising in legal and administration placements. She commenced with TEAM Executive Consultants in February 1996 and was appointed General Manager in July 2000. She is known for her ability to build strong relationships, not just because of her years of in-depth knowledge and extensive network, persistence, dedication and excellent reputation with clients and candidates alike. Elli values her role at TEAM Executive Consultants and never takes for granted the opportunities she has to make a difference in people’s lives. For clients, this means making sure she finds the right fit for them, and ensures she is always focusing on the right candidate for the role and the wider business. For candidates, it’s about being able to help a school leaver secure their first job; helping a more mature candidate return to the work force; or assisting a candidate with the next step to progress in their career. When not cheering on her beloved All Blacks, she can be found mastering her cooking skills, which are completely objectively (according to Elli) good enough to satisfy Gordon Ramsay himself, or brushing up on her Italian.

Jennifer Allas

Receptionist / Admin / Team Support

Jennifer has worked with TEAM since 2015 and brings with her years of experience working in the professional services sector. She has a background in insurance, working as a customer service officer, receptionist, junior secretary and PA. She has also run her own business as a professional musician. Essentially, there’s nothing Jennifer can’t do!  She is known for her friendly disposition and unparalleled organisational skills, delivering fast and efficient turnaround on the many resumes that are disseminated via the agency’s consultants. Jennifer loves working for TEAM because of the culture and values that underpin everything, as well as being part of the tight-knit team.

John Linnett

Senior Consultant – Accounting

John is a Senior Consultant in the Accounting Division at TEAM Executive Consultants. He brings over three decades of recruitment experience to the consultancy and also has a unique perspective, previously an accountant in a six partner CA firm and FC in a large retail firm. Even after his years’ working in recruitment he still gets a buzz helping people and businesses alike, and is driven every day by the excitement he feels when he walks through the doors. Clients love working with him because he’s a straight talker. He’s known for getting to the point, cutting through the waffle (which is certainly refreshing in the recruitment space!). He is also a seeming contradiction, a vocal West Ham and England soccer supporter (mild-mannered would not be the description used when describing his fan behaviour) and yet he is also an art lover and can often be found wandering around art galleries. Perhaps this is why he is so passionate about understanding the whole person, and refuses to pigeon-hole when placing candidates within a business.

Loz Galvin-Fisher

Consultant – Sales & Marketing

Starting with TEAM in September 2018, Loz already feels like he has been here forever! He has quickly developed relationships in the FMCG sector, in particular the liquor and wine industry. Loz brings with him his years as a Business Development Manager, spending two years working in London as an International Wholesale Manager for a fashion brand and almost four years in Australia at one of the largest apparel uniform companies. He is known for his considered approach and dogged work ethic, always working to understand the client’s business needs and requirements. His numerous successes in the market have helped develop and grow his clients’ business, which is why Loz always has a big-picture view when he is placing candidates. Clients love him for his shrewd business sense and the passion he brings, each and every time. Loz loves working for TEAM because of its strong reputation, being a well-recognised consultancy in the recruitment space for its strong business ethics and transparency.
