Application Phase

The candidate applies to the position which has been advertised (whether that’s on LinkedIn, Seek, internally or on other job boards). Alternatively the candidate may approach us directly looking for the perfect role or be referred to us by someone in their network

Reference Check

TEAM Executive Consultants will also complete a reference check with all past (not current) employers, as authorised by the candidate

Phone Interview

One of our experienced consultants talks to the candidate by telephone to see if they are suitable

Meeting the Candidate

The Candidate comes to the TEAM Executive Consultants office, answers some questions, and may be asked to demonstrate their skills. No casual coffees, no quick meet and greets...we start the process for a comprehensive review to ensure we’re getting the best match for both candidate and employer

In-Depth Interview

A TEAM Executive Consultant will then commence an in-depth, one-on-one interview. This may include testing technical skills where relevant as well as getting an idea of general character and personal attributes

Report Phase

If, after Step 4, the candidate is believed to be suitable for the role, TEAM Executive Consultants will write a comprehensive report for the potential employer, removing all personal details to protect anonymity
