Bookkeeper / Admin – Part time

  • Salary $65K + Super
  • Easy parking or public transport in Malvern
  • Boutique accounting firm

YOU:

  • Have bookkeeping experience in an accounting firm.
  • Can prepare and lodge BAS returns.
  • Are familiar with completing ASIC returns.
  • Happy to help with general administration duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Competent user of Xero, both tax and accounts.
  • Familiar with Class Super and CCH for PM.
  • Knowledge of CA 360 for ASIC.
  • Complete all bookkeeping for clients.
  • Raise bills for the practice.

IDEALLY:

  • Well developed interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate with clients.
  • Happy to ‘help out’ in friendly office.
