Bookkeeper – Senior
- Salary $80K or higher
- Manage a team of three
- Location Eastern Suburbs
Long established accounting firm have a thriving bookkeeping division that requires a senior to manage the small team. The firm has quality clients who require assistance with their record keeping.
Role:
- Handle multi accounts.
- Maintain all ledgers for clients.
- Reconcile all accounts – A/P and A/R.
- Complete payroll for some clients.
- Prepare BAS returns and assist with lodgements.
- Manage your team (3) and assist when required.
- Liaise with clients regularly to improve processes and systems.
Skills:
- Solid bookkeeping experience in an accounting firm.
- Fully familiar with both Xero and MYOB.
- Prepare accounts to TB stage.
- Advise clients on all compliance issues regarding Payroll.
- Not get flustered when dealing with clients.
