Chief Financial Officer
- Salary range $250K + Super
- On site parking in Northern Suburbs
- Report to Managing Director
Our Client:
A major manufacturer who have, over 30 years, grown from a start up to a $80M turnover business. With many ASX blue chip companies as customers, further planned and sustainable growth is expected. This position is available due to the imminent retirement of the current incumbent.
Your Role:
- As Head of Accounting you will play a crucial part in the continued growth of the firm.
- As a member of the executive team you are responsible for providing critical reporting details.
- Will support the Directors on a range of commercial and operational issues.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monthly management and financial accounts.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Cash flows and working capital requirements.
- Compliance with FBT, GST, Payroll Tax, SGC and WorkCover.
- Motivate and manage your team of four.
- Year end reports for external accountants.
You Have:
- CA/CPA is a must with skills in Accounting and Finance.
- Background in costing and management accounting.
- Ability to guide staff with various disciplines and abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Improved internal control mechanisms.
