YOU ARE:
- Able to liaise at all levels of management
- Conversant with current employment laws.
- Perhaps have a degree, ideally HR related.
- Have 5 years’ experience in HR, maybe more.
- Fully conversant with all aspects of payroll.
- A motivated team player who can achieve.
- Mature with adaptable approach and confidential manner.
- An Excel expert.

THE ROLE:
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
- Support the small passionate HR team.
- Maintain the HR database and PDs.
- Confirm accuracy of outsourced payroll.
- Verify payroll tax and superannuation payments.
