HR Advisor + Payroll

YOU ARE:

  • Able to liaise at all levels of management
  • Conversant with current employment laws.
  • Perhaps have a degree, ideally HR related.
  • Have 5 years’ experience in HR, maybe more.
  • Fully conversant with all aspects of payroll.
  • A motivated team player who can achieve.
  • Mature with adaptable approach and confidential manner.
  • An Excel expert.

THE ROLE:

  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the small passionate HR team.
  • Maintain the HR database and PDs.
  • Confirm accuracy of outsourced payroll.
  • Verify payroll tax and superannuation payments.
