THE COMPANY:
- A well established International company manufacturer of peristatic pumps are on the look out for a good all round Intermediate or Senior Customer Service – Internal Sales Person to join them on a full time permanent basis at their Sydney offices.
THE ROLE:
- Reporting to the General Manager your role will be to assist the sales team, customers and distributors to select the right product for them.
- To assist sales team to negotiate and close deals.
- Provide technical support for all managed products.
- Negotiate product purchase costs and selling prices.
- Liaise with suppliers.
- Assist with budget and control expenditure.
- Manage pre and post sale customer service.
- Involved with planning, forecasting and budgets.
- Help, mentor and train peers.
- Confident in team leadership.
- Sourcing non-standard equipment as required.
- Use of AutoCAD 2D / 3D for drafting purposes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering.
- AutoCAD 2D / 3D use and experience.
- Interpreting drawings and plans.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and or pumps & associate parts is advantageous.
- Data analysis experience.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Confident in using CRM and Microsoft Office.
- FLUENT in speaking, reading and writing English.
There is a possibility that you may need to travel nationally and internationally.
