THE COMPANY:
- Has been established for nearly 30 years in the Commercial and Retail site cleaning sector.
- They have Quality assurance certification which they gained in 1997.
- Projects include: hard floor maintenance, total facilities maintenance, general food & beverage facilities cleaning and extensive healthcare facilities cleaning.
THE ROLE:
- Reporting to the MD you are required to conduct both existing and new customers with the object of visiting the premises to assess and tender for the cleaning and maintenance works.
- Confident in developing strong rapport and building long lasting relationships.
- Assess and present winning tenders with presentations.
- Happy to visit clients in all industries and especially; Healthcare, Education, Food & Beverage and industrial to name a few.
- Have solid business development skills and have an assertive sales streak in you.
- There is extensive use of the CRM system so one needs to be confident in using computers.
- Travel is involved so you need to be prepared to travel throughout Victoria and on occasions other states.
EXPERIENCE:
- Have minimum of 2 years experience and to have worked in a similar position / profession.
- Confident in customer facing and speaking with people.
- Travel as and when required.
- You MUST be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.
