ABOUT THE ROLE
- Negotiating prices, payment plans and closing sales.
- Manage train and mentor the sales team.
- Manage quotes and sales processes.
- Maintain and update HubSpot.
- Acquire new business in trade, architects, and designer channels.
- Work with marketing to deliver events.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience as a showroom manager.
- Experience selling architectural / building design products.
- Degree in business / marketing advantageous.
- Experienced training and mentoring sales teams.
- Excellent sales and commercial acumen.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills – written and verbal.
